NU Scholar Search Programme
To encourage and support meritorious Applicants, NU has a very distinctive scholarship
programme called the ‘NU Scholar Search Programme’. Under this Programme, an Applicant
may qualify for a scholarship up to full waiver on the University Tuition Fee.
Scholarship is awarded on the basis of :
- Academic Performance
- Average of Class X & Class XII marks
- Performance in JEE / BITSAT / SAT / NEET, if available
- Performance in NU Admission Interaction Process (NU-AIP)
- Exceptional performance in co-curricular activities (Sports, Cultural, Social
Service etc.)
NU Scholar Search Programme offers following scholarship plans. The benefits under each
plan are as follows:
Merit Scholarship Plan (MS 1) Rs 200,000 scholarship annually on
University Tuition Fee.
Merit Scholarship Plan (MS 2+) Rs 150,000 scholarship annually on
University Tuition Fee.
Merit Scholarship Plan (MS 2) Rs 100,000 scholarship annually on
University Tuition Fee.
Merit Scholarship Plan (MS 3) Rs 50,000 scholarship annually on
University Tuition Fee.
